Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Identify and target potential customers in various industries requiring plastic injection molding services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met and to address any issues or concerns.
- Track sales metrics, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to management on sales performance.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

- With relevant sales experience in Plastic Injection Moulding industry
