- Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Handling phone calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Performing general ministrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Supporting HR-related activities such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports

Job Requirement:
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Prior experience in logistic/ shipping coordination is advantages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- No experience are welcome; training will be provided
