- Sales activities covering South-East Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand)
- Responsible for Sales Targets and Annual Forecast / Budget for the SEA region
- Lead, coach and guide Sales executive and support Agent representatives in the region
- Act as Front Sales for South-East Asia
- Penetrate new equipment market, evaluate new potential customers, increase brand and product awareness, and create market awareness
- Manage customer relationships and account development. Discuss upcoming projects and equipment requirements.
- Generate leads and identify opportunities.
- Review customer terms and conditions and negotiate favorable agreements and contracts with customers.
- Document and follow sales procedures and ensure compliance with specifications, standards,
- and codes to verify compliance of customer purchase orders.
- Compile project relevant documentation lists for all new projects, ensure documents and specifications are in order and up to date, and are all made available to Project management
- Plan and control sales and marketing activities; manage resources, arrange for exchange rate protection, and ensure complete and on time reporting.
- Ensure documents, proposals and commercial files, data banks and electronic files are properly organized, adequately stored and up to date.
- Assist with the development of market strategy in accordance with the company’s mid-range plan.
- Gather information concerning market conditions, requirements, and customer needs.
- Generate credible and up to date sales prediction, prepare and maintain an effective pricing strategy in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Provide effective leadership to colleagues and subordinate coworkers.
- Inform the supervisor and/or management of any deficiency or non-compliance with company policy or procedure within or outside the area of responsibility.
