Responsibilities
- To adhere to prevailing Company SOPs including service KPIs.
- To carry out indoor and outdoor service jobs (commission, repair, troubleshoot, inspection, modification, warranty checks).
- To investigate customer complaints (product defects, failures or non-conformance) and recommend solutions.
- To issue customer outdoor and indoor service reports.
- To disassemble cancelled units for stock return.
- To provide service and maintenance training sessions on product usage for customers.
- To supervise ADs during service works and to report discrepancies if any.
Requirements
- ITE in Engineering (Mechanical) + 1-2 years of relevant work experience or
- Diploma in Mechanical with no prior experience.
- Basic English language proficiency needed to prepare service reports.
- Willing to be on standby for adhoc service activation after office hours. Overtime will be paid for service hours worked after office hours.
- Willing to commute to clients' site for servicing. Transport reimbursement is provided for travel from office to client site.
- Independent, responsible and self-motivated with a hands-on approach to work.
- Willing to travel overseas for work.
