Responsibilities
- Daily matching of orders in various systems.
- Involving booking processes and cabin allotments.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to emails, explaining possible solutions and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Maintain complete knowledge of departmental policies, procedures and service standards.
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
- Ensure to follow all processes which enhance and streamline communication between internal and external customers.
- Perform any relevant adhoc duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Preferably with Administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- A target-driven attitude.
