We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with 2-5 years of experience in administrative roles, who is eager to learn basic finance concepts and assist with the back-office operations. As a Personal Assistant, you will be entrusted with sensitive information, requiring a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Industry: Banking Finance & Real Estate Property Refinancing
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain and organize files and records, both physical and digital.
- Take dictation and minutes
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management office.
Skill Requirements:
- You have 2-5 years of experience in personal assistant role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- You demonstrate a willingness to learn basic finance concepts and support investment-related tasks.
Working Hours:
- 9am to 6pm
- Monday to Friday
- Chinatown office
