We are looking to hire an PMO / Project Support Specialist to support our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank. This role is responsible for providing analytical support and help run a smooth day-to-day functioning of Project Portfolio, Financials and Workforce along with Business Support and Technology team with sufficient resources and deliver timely output, support portfolio governance routines, stakeholder reporting and meet the dynamic requirements expected from regional stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Interactions daily with all levels of the organization, reviewing and gaining feedback on:
- Project / Portfolio Updates for Governance routines.
- Expense management through Resource changes, on-boarding, off-boarding, reporting and metrics as well as reconciliation with overall APAC Technology organization reports.
- General ad hoc requests as needed for executive level meetings, business presentations, corporate communications, etc.
- Organizational metrics
- Communicate with respective country technology leads, technology project managers and prepare reports on a timely basis.
- Biweekly, Monthly and quarterly management reporting including Project portfolio governance, financials, headcount, operational activities.
- Work with the country technology executive on developing their forecasts (resources, budget)
- Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and reconciliation.
- Business Support Activities on Requisitions, HC, Seats review and management.
Requirements:
- At least 5-7 years of relevant PMO / project experience in technology related projects
- Possess past experience handling project governance, tracking project financials, headcounts, contracts, reporting
- Past experience in presentation support role with the ability to translate text/data into visual designs (project related graphs, infographics, timelines)
- Proficiency in Chinese & English to interact with project stakeholders in Taiwan
- Very desirable if experience in collaboration tools like confluence set up and update, JIRA and Sharepoint management.
- Very desirable if candidate has experience in Banking Technology organization
