Job Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for the coordination and execution of all planned marketing campaigns, promotions and events for Genting Rewards members onboard vessels under Resorts World Cruises. This role will also be responsible to work closely with partners and the various internal departments to develop the appropriate marketing messages, collateral, strategies to promote each event, promotion and program.
- Develop marketing collaterals, messaging and identify platforms in which to promote each marketing initiative
- Design and develop concepts for each scheduled event, promotion and program (Preferred with design skills in Canva)
- To follow up and work closely with Partners and Procurement in sourcing new products and vendors to support various marketing initiatives and management of onboard redemption outlets
- Collaborate with the Business Development teams and other business stakeholders to develop concepts and execution of each event, promotion and program
- Participate in the development of proformas and post-event analysis
- Ensuring that all relevant internal and external departments are briefed accordingly prior to the commencement of each event, promotion and program
- Any other ad-hoc task/responsibilities assigned by the management
Job Requirement
- University Graduate in Business, Tourism, Hospitality and/or Sales Management
- At least 2 years of experience in the area of Marketing Communications, Casino Marketing, Club Marketing or equivalent
- Team player and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Be able to work-off hours as required by the needs of the business
- Able to travel to both domestic and international locations whenever is needed
