- Handling visa applications, sourcing of hotels and flights ticket arrangement.
- Handles office & operations admin related task include sourcing & purchases.
- Processing of general operations tasks in purchasing & general expenses claims.
- Coordination & liaison with technical dept on purchasing requirements & processing of orders.
- Corporate name cards, gifts, printing, stationery and office pantry provisions.
- Premise maintenance, renewal, office house-keeping, courier/mails.
- Liaise directly with external vendor and service contractors.
- Prepare documentations related to ISO/OHSAS compliances.
- Filing and archiving of documents for Admin Operations Dept for ISO documentations.
- Input, update & maintain HR database, ensuring accuracy of information.
- Monitor attendance reporting, attendance management & timekeeping.
- Attending to HR related inquiries from internal and inter-company personnel.
- Front office customer service & visitors.
- Assist in events/seminar/exhibitions.
