- Attend to walk-in customers
- Handle over-the-counter transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals accurately
- Assist in customers’ enquiries and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total
customer satisfaction - Prospect banking products and services to customers
- Perform all banking activities in accordance with the bank's regulatory requirements
- Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential
The Talent
- No experience required
- Prior experience in banking branch or in customer service is a strong advantage
- Willing to learn and not afraid to face customers
- IT savvy
- Experienced with Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel (Simple functions)
