We design and retail collection of clothes and accessories with unique designs for children from 0 to 14 years.
Chateau de sable operates on-line and in store with 5 stores in Singapore and 2 abroad.
About this role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing associate with affinity for fashion and photography and eye for aesthetics.
This role requires someone who possesses good knowledge in Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator as well as TikTok, IG/FB and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
Job Description
Digital marketing communication/Community management
- Create daily and weekly social media content (stories, posts) for new collection launches or promotions
- Propose and activate engagement activities (giveaway, contests, casting calls..)
- Create newsletter weekly via Mailchimp for new collection launches or promotions
- Ensure overall aesthetics look and feel on social media page is well balanced
- Update customer database monthly for web/shops/VIP customers
Digital sales
- Create product description for new collection based on previous examples and directions from Marketing Associate
- Product Pages creation for the website (Prestashop): pictures, description, size & color combination, price and quantity, mix & match, SEO tags for new collection launches
- Shoot product visuals (accessories) and edit them accordingly (on white background/specific dimension)
Visual Merchandising
- Participation to preparation and set up of Window display for our stores in Singapore
Content creation and management
- Edit relevant product/lifestyle images according to specifications
- Update and maintain product files in drop box
- Update and maintain Franchisees folder
- Assist in photoshoot planning and execution
- Manage 3rd party vendor for product visual shooting – ensure that all products visuals are ready on time at the request quality level
- Send product samples to the photography company for product visuals and direct for optimal visual effect
- Ensure that all relevant information is updated in relevant folder
- Banners and eDM
- New co pictures (Lifestyle and visuals available in Sales folders)
Requirements for the ideal candidate
- Meticulous and detail-oriented person with good time management skills to handle multiple task and ensure timeline is met
- Has an eye for aesthetics and an interest in fashion; understanding of French fashion codes and visuals would be a plus
- A motivated and energetic individual who is proactive and autonomous
- Diploma or studying in Design or Digital communication and content creation
- Strong knowledge of Adobe suite, social media platforms
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin would be a plus
