Role Title: Commerce Specialist, SEAS
Duration: Fixed End Date 15/12/2024
Work Location: Hybrid (Tue,Wed,Thur in office)
Work Schedule: Normal business hours, Monday - Friday
Role Overview: As a Commerce Specialist, you will support SEAS performance products and commercialization strategies for retailers, marketplaces, and brands.You will contribute to achieving the team’s vision and OKRs, execute key projects, and drive sales pitches for large customers in Indonesia (ID) and Vietnam (VN). Collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing support & guidance to sales teams as needed to drive adoption of commerce solutions.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Performance and Strategy Execution:Support in delivering the Retail Performance Quota and landing Retail MTMs for SEAS.
Assist in managing the operations and strategy for SEAS Retail Performance Business
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Account Management, Go to market, Technical & Media Operations Teams
- Client Engagement and Sales Support:Participate in sales pitches and presentations for large customers in Indonesia and Vietnam.
Engage with key clients including Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Sephora, Casterly, Noc Noc, and Samsung.
- Project Management:Lead and support specific projects between August and November.
Drive Online to Offline Activation for Omnichannel customers
Assist in Profit Bidding Activation and Retention Goal Beta for Online Sales with 2 clients each.
Participate in the AI Lab Roll Out for Retail Customers.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
- Deep understanding of Commerce ecosystem in South East Asia Knowledge of Commerce solutions for Marketplaces & Retail customers Experienced in performance marketing/ROI driven media strategies
- Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives
