Work Location: River Valley
Work Week: 5.25 days (7am - 4pm), alternate Saturday (7am - 11am)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals (breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea) that meet proper nutritional requirements set by Health Promotion Board
- Handle centre’s weekly ordering/purchasing of food items
- Maintain the inventory records and budget
- Ensure food is stored and handled properly
- Keep track of the records of cleaning duties of the kitchen
- Place order all dry goods once a month and submit to the Principal for approval
Requirements:
- Able to work on Saturday (alternate)
- Possess food hygiene cert
