Job Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and promotional materials.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on product and related marketing collaterals.
- Collaborate with website or marketing agency to create visually appealing and effective marketing collateral on website and social media platforms.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking social media performance, measure the effectiveness of content, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist in project management of website development and managing various social media marketing channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage marketing budget and allocation of resources effectively.
- Respond to online queries including orders status, product information, and social media inquiries. Follow-up on feedback, complaints, returns and exchanges and other issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in social media marketing, content management, website maintenance, or a related field.
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking colleagues, stakeholders and externals
- Able to start work on short notice
