Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support.
- Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone.
- Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- N Level and above
- Proficient in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Applications)
- Able to multitask
- Able to commit to office hours desk-bound (9am to 6pm from Mondays to Fridays and alternate Saturdays/Sundays)
- Open to be moved to shift work (details will be discussed in the interview)
Additional Information:
- Starting basic salary of $1,700
- Training is provided
- 12 weeks probation
- Confirmation increment depending on performance during probation
