Paint Mix Specialist – Roles & Responsibilities
· Mixing and matching colours to the customer's specifications
· Ensuring that the paint is the correct consistency for the application method
· Keeping track of inventory and restock as needed
· Performing routine checks on paint mixtures to ensure quality control
· Communicating with Operations team about ongoing activities and developments
· Ensure cleanliness at work area and good maintenance of relevant paint equipment
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years' experience as a paint mixer or in a related role
· Able to communicate in basic English due to multi-nationalities in the team
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Meticulous and accurate in details
