JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and give recommendations to guests/members about our resort’s amenities and facilities, and current promotions available
- Provide assistant to guests/members such as giving directions with resort’s facilities, meeting rooms, and/or events
- Serves food and beverage to guest according to prescribed service standards and procedures of room service with emphasis on speed and accuracy
- Practice and maintain high standards of service when interacting with guests/members
- Ensure compliance on workplace safety regulations and update risk assessment regularly
- Gather and address guests’/members’ comments, suggestions, or feedback, follow through until resolved. Act as a face of the resort
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized with strong planning, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm in emergencies or dealing with difficult guests/members
- Comfortable to commit rotating shift work (split shift required), weekends and Public Holiday
