Job Scope
- Collating and filing Managing Director and drivers’ monthly expense claims
- Assist in Hotel and Travel bookings
- Handling of Company insurances
- Oversee and maintain upkeep of the Company’s vehicles
- Responsible for the maintenance of the building
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders
- Perform administrative duties
- Providing administrative support to HR department
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant discipline
- Preferred 1 year of related working experience in Construction Industry
