It is part of the London-headquartered Howden Broking Group, a leading independent, global broker with offices in over 30 countries worldwide.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Account Servicing role include handling tenders
- Understand the requirements and propose suitable insurance solutions
- Procure and recommend cost effective insurance programmes
- Develop good and trusting relationships with clients and insurers
- Collaborate with other divisions and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Promote good team spirit and co-operation within the department and Howden offices overseas
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:
- A degree or diploma holder or any relevant risk and insurance qualifications
- Ability to articulate well both in speech and in writing.
- Someone who enjoys building a good rapport with people
- An independent worker yet a team player
- Meticulous and mindful of deadlines
- Resilient and able to manage requests and demands from clients
- With minimum 2 years experience in Corporate general classes of insurance and/or working in an intermediary capacity is an advantage
