Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. Your main responsibility in this role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility in the retail environment. This role should have a strong background in retail marketing, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of successful campaign execution.


Job Responsibilities

  • Ideation, creation, and publishing of promotional content aimed at engaging and growing our audience on relevant digital platforms.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling in-store promotions, displays, campaigns, and celebrity appearances
  • Main liaison for social media marketing efforts in different social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Lindkedin, Facebook, Youtube and etc., as well as social content creation, posting, photo and video shoots
  • Collaborate with local and regional media, celebrity and influencer hosting by coordinating with different departments, Mall, agencies and retailers to curate an engaging retail experience
  • Drive media strategy including briefing, liaising with and managing appointed media agency to deliver approved social media performance targets, as well as coordinating with influencer marketing agencies, publisher partners and retailers to create and amplify custom content across multiple categories
  • Manage and allocate advertising spaces within the Mall (e.g., digital screens)
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Develop creative concepts and designs for a variety of marketing materials including banners, logos, websites, and other brand assets
  • Plan and implement product launches, ensuring effective communication and promotion
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and email marketing, to drive online and offline traffic
  • Collaborate with retail teams to ensure brand consistency and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay informed about retail industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing
  • Collaborate cross functionally with other departments and communicate effectively with internal / external stakeholders.
  • Drive cost efficiency and effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, tools/channels
  • Assist in other ad-hoc marketing-related tasks as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent commercial experience
  • Minimum 5 years of agency experience (e.g. social media agency, media agency, or events marketing agency) or marketing experience on the Brand (retailer) / Mall (landlord) side is required.
  • Integrated marketing campaign (online and offline) planning and execution, as well as social media marketing (incl. influencer engagement) experience is required.
  • Prior experience with a similar industry is a plus
  • Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Indesign and Microsoft Office software is ideal
  • Possess knowledge of digital and social media platforms.
  • A self-starter with a strong ability to work independently
  • Team player with a can-do attitude who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer behavior
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
