Job Description:
· Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR,GL)
· Perform month-end closing
· Process payments, cheques, online payment batches and staff claims
· Perform invoicing
· Prepare quarterly GST statement
· Assist in Annual budgeting
· Handle fixed assets registry
· Assist in year-end audit and the preparation of audit schedules, including liaising with auditors and tax agents as required
· Coordinate and liaise with overseas parties, bankers, external auditors and tax agent.
· Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Job requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or related field
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full set of accounts
· Meticulous, proactive, independent and a good team player
· Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
· Good computer literacy (Excel and word)
· Knowledge in SAP and Xero will be advantageous
