Marcoms Manager

The Marcoms Manager will be responsible for execution of the design, building and management of our Marcoms strategy. The Marcoms function protects and builds the reputation of MooVita’s brand and drives high value revenue opportunities. This is done via creative marketing and communications campaigns to engage audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive planning and execution of various brand marketing initiatives to enhance MooVita’s brand presence
  • Support business-planning sessions, drive marketing initiatives and manage resources of marketing projects.
  • Define strategy, execute and manage integrated marketing plans to maximize brand awareness, demand, pipeline/opportunities and deal acceleration aligned with SEA MooVita sales targets
  • Provide sales enablement for optimal lead and sales conversions against the APAC marketing’s sales pipeline and opportunities goals
  • Seeks transparency and simplicity in all communications internally and externally
  • Develop roadmap for expansion of Marcom function in support of crisis management, content writing, sales enablement, business to marcoms strategies, RFP support, public relations, event management and communications
  • Leverage all marcoms capabilities in strategies: demand generation, webinars, thought leadership, events

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in Regional Software/Technology/Engineering or Automotive B2B Marketing, Media, and/or Sales preferred
  • Confident communicator with exceptional attention to detail, along with the proven ability to consistently make sound judgments and an ability to address business and technical audiences
  • Experience working with multi-practice teams toward a common deliverable on frequently accelerated timeframes a plus
  • Excellent organization, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Be able to cultivate relationships inside and outside the organization
