- To ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer software systems and network connections. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network software and communication links.
- Perform troubleshooting & execute needed repairs
- Provide first level support for end users at desktop & infrastructure level.
- Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent - Control & maintain file access permissions on server.
- Maintain proper log file of users & accessibility matrix.
- Perform user account management (e.g. Create password, reset & delete)
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology
- At least 2 years of working experience in IT support role
- In depth knowledge of IT systems, databases and applications
- Hands on experience with troubleshooting & repairing complex IT issues
- Self motivated, independent, resourceful with good analytical skills
- Strong in communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
- Posses Class 3-4 driving licence
- Work location – Tuas, PSA & Jurong Port
