Location: Pasir Ris Drive 6- VidaCity
ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Role & Responsibilities :
- Handle full set of accounts, including Account Payable and Account Receivable, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation.
- Generate invoices.
- Prepare GIRO collection/ payment via online banking.
- Prepare Payroll and CPF submission.
- Prepare GST submission.
- Prepare financial reports for management.
- Assist in Tax computation
- Assist Financial reports for submission to authorities.
- Other ad hoc duties as required by the Management.
Requirements:
- Min. Certificate or Diploma in Accounting/ Finance.
- Min. 5 years’ experience in relevant scope of work.
- Hands on experience in accounting software eg. SQL, Sage, MYOB.
- Hands on experience in HR & CRM software would be an advantage. InfoTech HRM & Taidii CRM.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Words and Excel with good knowledge in pivot table, vlookup functions etc.
- Familiar with government online portal (optional).
- Well spoken and written English.
- Organised and meticulous with good attention to details
- Good time management and ability to multi-task
Working Hour & Location:
- 9am to 6pm, 5-days week.

- Accounts payable: 5 years (Required)
