Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer enquiries and attend to showroom visitors
· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
· Work out project costings, create quotations, close sales leads
· Develop and grow sales build B2B relationships with contractors, IDs, architects, etc.
· Work closely with operations and installation teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
· Marketing: Assist with marketing activities on advertising, social media or other platforms; Create SMM posts; Organise ad-hoc events to increase leads
Requirement:
● 2 years sales or project management experience
● Experience in the building and construction industry preferred; Those with existing client portfolio will have an advantage; Industry crossovers are welcome
● Experience with CRM and marketing tools (E.g. MS Office, CRMs, social media apps)
● Driven with good organizational and communication skills
● Meticulous and comfortable with using technology
● Team player with positive attitude; willing to learn
Attractive Salary Package:
Basic salary from S$2,500 to S$3,500 (based on experience)
Plus sales commission + allowances
