Red Dot Penguins is hiring a friendly and proactive Guest Relations Officer who is committed to join us on a long-term basis. We have a few centres in Singapore, and if you are available to work a few hours during the weekends, WE WANT YOU!
Requirements:
- Strong interest in customer service and relationship-building
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Pleasant personality
- Friendly and approachable
- Reliable and committed individual
- Able to commit on Weekends
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Prior experience in the hospitality or customer service industry would be an added advantage
Working location and hours:
Toa Payoh West (nearest MRT: Caldecott)
Sun: 8.30am - 12.30pm
YMCA @ OneOrchard (nearest MRT: Dhoby Ghaut)
Fri: 3.30pm to 6.45pm
Training venue (for 1 month, every Saturday): SAAC @ 1 Elliot Road, S 458686
Salary: $15 per hour (During training, $10 per hour)
