We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Curriculum Manager to oversee the development and implementation of educational programs within our organization. The Curriculum Manager will be responsible for designing curricula, ensuring alignment with educational standards, and managing a team of instructional designers and subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the overall curriculum planning
Collaborate with stakeholders to determine educational goals and objectives.
Design and implement instructional materials and programs based on educational best practices.
Ensure alignment of curricula with relevant standards and educational regulations.
Supervise and support a team of instructional designers, educators, and content developers.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of curriculum effectiveness.
Update and revise curricula as necessary to reflect changes in educational standards or program requirements.
Monitor and analyze data on student performance and curriculum outcomes.
Provide leadership and professional development opportunities for instructional staff.
Manage budgetary and resource allocation for curriculum development projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Curriculum Manager or similar role in educational leadership.
Strong understanding of curriculum development principles and instructional design methodologies.
Knowledge of educational standards and regulations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
