Accounts Executive - AR
Responsibilities
- Generate Sales invoices, credit notes in SAP system
- Send invoices and monthly statement of accounts to customers.
- Update revenue file maintained in Excel.
- Monthly analysis of sales and costs by inventories
- Prepare monthly schedules for month-end closing purposes
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Any other admin duties as assigned
Requirements
- LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- A Team player, with positive working attitude, high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- IT Savvy, proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
