Job Description:
- To manage site office and HDB Building Service Centre, attend to resident's feedback and complaints.
- Interact with residents to maintain good relationship.
- Assist on phone calls and emails to answer resident’s enquiries.
- Make appointment for resident to attend inspection with BSC (Building Service Centre) team.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
- Liaison with consultants and HDB officers.
- Provide admin support to the project team.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
- 'O' level or equivalent qualification
- Experience in handling HDB BTO project is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Power Point.
