WORK FROM HOME EA AGENT
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit MDW candidates through various channels (online platforms, networking, referrals).
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and skills.
- Match candidates to suitable job openings and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience as EA AGENT
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
