Our client is a leading power generation company in Singapore. They are looking for a Temp Billing Officer to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Generate, organize, and dispatch customer invoices for various utility services.
- Diagnose and solve billing-related problems.
- Compile monthly and daily financial settlements.
- Maintain precision and promptness in all billing and settlement activities.
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure customer information is highly accurate.
- Communicate with external suppliers to address and resolve issues.
- Create financial or billing reports for internal or customer use as needed.
Requirements:
- Local qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or IT.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
