We are looking for a capable candidate to oversee a mega food court’s operations. The candidate is expected to execute excellent F&B establishment dining experience to customers while managing the given resources efficiently. He/she is to execute our company’s policy and will be an important piece during this expansion period.

Expected Job Responsibilities:
- Management of one mega food court
- Provide excellent dining satisfaction to all the diners and tenants
- Managing and liaising with stall tenants on policy issues
- Enforcement of company policies
- Lead and motivate a team of floor staff
- Monitoring 3rd parties cleaning contractors
- Conduct daily Inspection and monitor improvement work
- Conduct proper maintenance on establishment’s M&E provision
What it takes:
- Able to converse in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
- A strong and firm leader
- A hands on person
- Hard working and a team player
- At least 3 years relevant experience
- 44 hours, 5.5 days work week
