1. Identifying and establishing new projects
2. Site visit for check compliance to submit all authorities' submission
3. Preparing tenders , proposals and quotations for submission of projects
4. Negotiating contracts terms and conditions
5. Participate in the preparation of the plan and check for SCDF , JTC, URA, HDB complaince
6. To plan and perform testing activitives as well as assist in the implementation of all required
technical solutions
7. Liaise with sub-contractor and consultants for the execution of works
8. Ensure timely delivery of projects according to schedule
9. Attend site and progress meeting of the projects
