Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
- Operate electronic cash registers and POS systems to process transactions.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store targets and goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding transactions and customer interactions.
- Assist with maintaining store cleanliness as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity and honesty in handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- 6 days work per week (8 hours a day). Sunday off.
