Banquet Operations Executive

- Salary: $3000 - $3500
- Location: Kaki Bukit
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations and management of banquet events and functions
- Liaise with guests to understand their requirements and expectations for their events
- Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of banquet events such as room setup, menu planning, staffing, equipment, etc.
- Manage and lead the banquet operations team, including servers, bartenders, and other support staff
- Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction are maintained during events
- Handle any issues or challenges that arise during events and troubleshoot as needed
- Prepare event reports and performance analytics for management
- Collaborate with other departments like Catering, Sales, and Facilities to ensure smooth event execution
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve banquet operations
- Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations for food and beverage service
- Assist in developing and implementing new banquet packages and offerings
