Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customers via phone call
- Provided administrative support including invoicing, process order, filling, delivery orders, operation scheduling and handle courier services.
- Calling customer for following up outstanding documents and payments
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required from time to time.
Requirements:
- Required language(s):
- Candidate must be fluent in English and Mandarin, in order to communicate with mandarin speaking members and customers
- Self-driven and holds a positive learning attitude.
- Meticulous and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills to liaise with people from all levels.
