Job Responsibilities
- Project Planning - maintain project schedule by following up with Customers on status update of each project from tender to project completion.
- Coordination: Coordinate with various teams, including design, operations, and also external parties such as Professional Engineer
- Prepare projects progress and site reports for Management
- Prepare sales and product proposals and assist in tender preparations and technical submissions;
- Ensure performance complies with contract specification and quality requirement;
- Identify and report variations in contract requirement;
Qualifications & Experiences
- Min Certificate / Diploma in Engineering or technical fields
- Very proficient in AutoCAD 2D / 3D
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Strong communication skills
