- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, encompassing Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the capability to manage comprehensive documentation and oversee both Sea and Air shipments.
- Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely creation of pertinent export documentation and declarations (e.g., HB/L, MBL, manifest, pre-alerts), customs declarations, Trade-net operations, and invoicing.
- Ensuring prompt issuance of shipping instructions and manifests to carriers.
- Executing general shipping tasks, including data entry within systems.
- Coordinating and communicating shipment details with various stakeholders such as shipping lines, agents, transportation companies, and international counterparts.
- Oversight of import and export bookings, including declaration and monitoring.
- Generating invoices for all undertaken tasks.
- Efficiently managing and resolving customer and/or shipping line complaints and disputes.
- Undertaking additional duties as delegated by the company.
- Demonstrating strong organizational skills to collaborate across multiple departments and maintain communication with both local and international clients and prospects.
