Indoor Medical Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Overseeing day-to-day sales operations, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring the implementation of effective sales strategies.
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered by the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Daily sales operations: Reply enquiries / leads from social media, WhatsApp’s, email , phone and closing the deals by providing quality and professional services
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Fully understand the product and can serves as product specialist
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Recording customer feedback
• Working with team and other department members to resolve customer issues e.g. finance, payment reconciliation, deliveries
• To handle existing accounts for daily / weekly / monthly repeat sales orders.
• To develop new potential customer / dealer.
• To act as supporting role, to lead team and assist company achieve monthly sales target.
• Perform other sales tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirement:

• Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Excel especially. Expertise is not required.
• Experience with people management is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa is required.
• Good Interaction & Communication Skills
• Independent, self- discipline and motivated
• Positive mindset, able to think critically to solve customer problem.
• Minimum Degree in Marketing/Business/Science related.
• Travel is not necessary for this sales position; it will be based in office.
• Cold calling is not required.
• Direct face-to-face interaction with customers is not needed.
