Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the Oil & Gas Equipment industry. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in sales and business development in this field, as well as experience managing a small sales team for at least 5 years.
Responsibilities
- Drive and optimize revenue generation in the designated territories through strategic sales initiatives, effective customer relationship management, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to maximize customer retention and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and foster partnerships with key industry players to drive business growth.
- Work towards achieving sales targets, managing pricing strategies, and ensuring profitable deals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the business to promote and uphold HSE standards, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and implementing best practices across operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales and business development within the oil and gas or related industries.
- Knowledge of the oil and gas market in SEA regions is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving collective goals.
- Understanding of HSE legislation and practices, with a commitment to promoting a safe work environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and explore business opportunities.
