Amazon Worldwide Operations is looking for a Senior Change Management leader for the APAC region who will create and build change management effectiveness and support the infrastructure of communications, and the associate and employee experience as well as policy implementation for WWOps. This role requires a builder mentality, flexibility, business acumen, communication skills, and interpersonal skills are needed. This position will directly report to the Global Senior Manager for Change Management
Key job responsibilities
• Lead the change management effort including building change capacity for the organization and providing resources for projects.
• Build relationships with leaders from multiple business units to strengthen employee engagement and participation in changes.
• Build relationships with project owners in order to integrate efforts.
• Ability to build and execute a structured change management approach.
• Gain “buy-in” and advocacy from senior leadership to support changes.
• Manage large scale projects and programs end to end.
• Engage OPS PXT line of business units globally to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for amazon associates.
• Has the ability to “roll up their sleeves” and jump in and drive resolution, along with managing teams
• Manage new programs, successfully delivering difficult projects and goals across multiple lines of business.
• Work directly with external providers, customers, and partner teams to craft and deliver scalable solutions.
• Partner with other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones and drive delivery.
• Influence design and development of strategic processes.
• Manage possible post-launch support plans (e.g., post-mortem, lessons learned) and look for opportunities to improve program quality and operational excellence.
About the team
PXT3 is comprised of 3 core pillars of Operation. Policy, Communications and Change Management. The Change Management team, now called ACMS (Amazon Change Management Solutions) supports all change management needs and solutions across WW Operations PXT, supporting initiatives and goals that are priority for the business and PXT leadership as well as supporting as Change Partners with PXT through their change journeys in their respective regions.
