Skills:
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage overall regional project portfolio, periodically share with regional and market management team.
• Provide IT Roadmap that fulfill the vision from global and regional IT strategies, and support the needs of the market to deliver the IT excellence.
• Ensure the portfolio is aligned with the IT budget and review with the project managers.
• Work closely with the delivery team in regional and local IT teams to gather project planning, timeline, resource planning and status of the projects.
• Identify road blocks / issues within the projects and actively provide solution.
• Proactively update key stakeholders including CIOs, project sponsors and key project stakeholders internally and externally.
• Review and manage business expectations and project result such as KPIs of the projects, through relevant service metrics and measures.
• Facilitate cross-functional IT functions that enable smooth delivery of the projects.
• Provide strategic view of IT operations and ongoing improvements.
• Act as a proactive business partner: actively listen to internal/ external customers, articulate and clarify /translate customer needs into IT implications.
• Demonstrate an ability to challenge strategic plans.
• Own and facilitate the IT project governance for the domain.
Experience and qualification:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience and expert knowledge of full web application development lifecycle of scalable micro-services-based architectures; including tools, best practices, continuous deployment, dependency/complexity management, scale/performance tuning,
Education Requirements
At least a Bachelor’s degree in any of these faculties:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Programming & Systems Analysis
- Science (Computer Studies)
