Business Development Manager

Role Overview:

Mintable is on the lookout for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager with a robust background in both Web3 and Web2 tech. This strategic role focuses on generating leads, managing client relationships, and strategically driving deals to closure. Your efforts will be crucial in launching our diverse suite of B2B(2C) products, building the utility NFT ecosystem, and onboarding the next billion end-users on-chain, to the "Home of NFTs.”


Key Responsibilities

  1. BD & Sales Strategy & Market Insights
  • Collaborate with the Head of BD, Marketing and Product to develop and refine comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats to inform strategic decisions.

2. Client Acquisition and Deal Closure

  • Manage the end-to-end client acquisition process, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Lead or support negotiation to close deals, focusing on creating win-win scenarios that align with strategic business goals.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure a high conversion rate.

3. Lead Generation and Networking

  • Proactively generate leads through strategic outreach, leveraging industry knowledge and networks.
  • Represent Mintable at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness and cultivate new business opportunities.

4. Partnership Development and Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures that align with Mintable’s mission and growth strategies.
  • Support partnership lifecycles, from prospecting and negotiation to execution and ongoing management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective implementation of partnership initiatives.

5. Sales Enablement

  • Develop and utilize comprehensive sales materials and tools to support the sales process.
  • Implement best practices in sales processes and strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate

● At least 5 years in BD and/or sales, with a strong track record in closing deals and expanding client relationships within the Web3 (Blockchain, NFTs, crypto, RWAs) and Web2 sectors (especially tech and social commerce).

● Robust understanding of the Web3 ecosystem (including narratives) and experience interacting with Web2 companies and brands.

● Proven track record of securing high-impact partnerships and achieving revenue growth in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

● Extensive networks in both Web3 and/or Web2 ecosystems

● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with partners and stakeholders at all levels.

● Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, coordinating with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to achieve business objectives.

● Willingness to support business development initiatives, meet with partners, and attend industry events.
