Responsibilities
- Supervising the food prep andcooking and assist other cooks inpreparing food and ingredientswhenever needed.
- Maintaining a fully-stocked kitcheninventory and complying with safetyand cleanliness standards andworkplace.
- Handle multi food orders at one time.
- Maintain quality of products and/oringredients.
- Monitor the consistency of foodquality levels.
- Serve and present food in accordanceto SOPs.
- Follow F&B safety and hygiene policiesand procedures
Requirements
- Familiar with the full menu and leadthe team to prepare and cook fooditems.
- Willing to work in different shiftsincluding weekends and publicholidays.
- Able to work in a fast-pacedenvironment.
- Great interpersonal andcommunication skills.
- Positive attitude and good hygiene.
Minimum Qualification Level:
- Primary Education without PSLE / PSPE orequivalent
