Singapore Hair Salon Hiring HairStylist
(Male or Female)
We are looking for a Hair Stylist to create flawless haircuts and hairstyles for our customers.
HairStylist responsibilities include cutting hair using basic and advanced techniques, consulting customers about styles and colors and applying hair care products, like treatment oils and masks. If you have experience cutting and styling short and long hair and are up-to-date with styling trends, we’d like to meet you!!
Ultimately, you will ensure all customers leave our salon satisfied with our services and feel happy with their new looks.
Job Description
- At least 3 years of experience as a hairstylist
- Helps clients decide their ideal haircut and hairstyle.
- Able to work independently and complete haircutting techniques, including trims, layers, texturizing & etc.
- Performs haircoloring methods, such as highlights, ombre, and balayage.
- Styles hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos.
- Develops ongoing relationships with clients.
- Keeps a clean station and sanitizes all tools.
- Follows all salon policies and procedures.
- No Hard Selling / No Selling of Package
- Able to stand long hours
Requirement
- Knows haircutting, hairstyling, and haircoloring best practices and latest trends.
- Communicates clearly and has strong active listening skills.
- Builds long-term relationships with clients and has excellent social skills.
- Collaborates with other hair stylists and managers and is a team-player.
- Works confidently in a fast-paced salon, has good time-management skills, is punctual, and is detail oriented.
