Working Hours: Long hours, 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM
About the Role:
A bustling cafe located at Payalebar Point is seeking an experienced Manager to lead our team. If you have managerial experience in a cafe setting and possess excellent communication and organizational skills, we invite you to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage daily operations, schedule staff shifts efficiently, and ensure service efficiency.
- Customer Service: Maintain high standards of service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operational Coordination: Work closely with headquarters to implement strategies and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of management experience in a cafe environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent bilingual (English and Mandarin) communication skills to handle diverse situations in daily operations.
- Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and competent in managing a team and resources.
