Responsibilities:
- Elicit and manage the stakeholder’s business requirements and translate them into detailed requirements documents, including user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Determine and document current business processes, to identify and understand the users’ needs.
- Perform functional testing to ensure that developed features meet user requirements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that developed applications meet user needs.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineer to develop test plans and review of test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage based on the business requirements.
- Work closely with developers to ensure that the implemented solutions align with the defined business requirements and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis, and translation into actionable user stories.
- Experience in applying Agile techniques to iteratively prioritize and define requirements.
- Working experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, XRAY) will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with user story writing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Basic understanding of Out Systems or low-code development platforms.
