Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct user requirement scoping, and analysis, involving functional, integration, and non-functional requirements
- Work closely with developers to assess feasibility, propose solution options and recommendations to address business and operational needs
- Communicate clearly and concisely with technical design, development, test, and operations support teams on the requirements scope and functional design details to ensure that the final product accurately addresses business needs
- Provide requirement and functional design clarifications to delivery team members throughout the delivery process
- Manage demand from multiple stakeholders and able to control, balance and agree upon a controllable delivery scope
- Plan and conduct internal UAT based on business workflow and user scenarios
- Plan and conduct training for end users, and internal support teams as required
- Support post-production deployment verification for any product feature release
Job Requirements:-
- Be able to communicate with clients in Mandarin
- At least 2 years of programming experience in .Net framework (C#) and knowledge in MS SQL
- At least 3 years of working experience in business analyst or a similar role
- Familiar with prototyping tools such as Axure or Figma
- Preferrable work in an Agile environment before.
- Experience in performing Requirement gathering with Users or stakeholders
- Preferrable to experience in writing test cases & perform application testing before
- Analytical, and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Written and verbal communication with an emphasis on technical writing skills
- Keen appreciation of business needs and interest in business processes and process re-engineering
- Nice to have: Sharepoint administration/development
