Business Development Manager (Events, Exhibitions and Booths)

TCT Production is a leading integrated exhibition, events, conference, expo, large-scale corporate function, live show organizer and production company based in Singapore. With a focus on manufacturing, production and event management for booths and exhibitions, we specialize in providing comprehensive event solutions to our clients. We are committed to delivering high-quality, innovative, and memorable experiences for our clientele.As a Business Development Manager at TCT, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring and managing clientele for the sale of event setups, booth setups, conferences, large-scale events, exhibitions, and expos. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Your primary objective will be to generate revenue growth and expand our market presence in the events industry.


Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients in the events industry.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including production, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

Requirements:

Education not mandatory but relevant experience in similar industry or fields is preferred.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management.
Strong understanding of event management, exhibition design, or production processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
