Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct basic copywriting and create visually compelling content for digital and print marketing materials, including POSMs, social media graphics, website banners, brochures, and advertisements.
- Design and produce marketing collateral, such as product packaging, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Manage and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze marketing data to identify trends and insights.
- Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and design
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing with strong design skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Hardworking and responsible.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
